Our installation crew recently coated a driveway and walkway in Simi Valley. We began the project by using a 600 lb. floor grinder to profile the concrete. We then filled cracks and pits with a concrete mender. During the inspection by our estimator, various horizontal cracks were discovered, running from end to end. We were able to repair these cracks during the installation process.
Our process starts by making the concrete porous through resurfacing the driveway and walkway with grinders. We then apply a polyurea base coat, followed by colored flakes for improved appearance, texture, and slip resistance. Once the base coat is fully cured, we apply a clear polyaspartic topcoat for a long-lasting and durable finish.
