WHAT MAKES POLYUREA DIFFERENT THAN EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS?
Epoxy coatings harden with time and can become brittle in as little as two years, leading to chipping, peeling and cracks in your floor.
Polyurea on the other hand is strong and flexible, and engineered for maximum adhesion to concrete. In fact, it finds the open pores in your concrete and bonds deep into the substrate so that it becomes a permanent part of your garage floor.
Our polyurea garage floor coatings are resistant to chemicals, to abrasions, and to wear, plus, they are antibacterial and antimicrobial.

I hired ALLBRiGHT to apply Penntek floor coating to my garage floor. The crew arrived on time at 7 a.m. as promised and Juan and his crew went to work immediately covering all walls to minimize any dust that might escape their grinders that were attached to hepa filter vacuums. They thoroughly prepared the floor surface and then applied the various steps to complete the coating. They even built a craft paper barrier to prevent the wind from blowing leaves etc on the surface while it dried. They worked quickly and thoroughly cleaned up upon completion while keeping me informed of progress throughout the day. Juan arrived the next day as promised to ensure all was to his and my satisfaction and to remove the leaf barrier. The floor looks outstanding – it is clean, bright, crack and gouge free – I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve been wanting to get my garage floor coated/painted for a long time and finally committed to getting it done. The entire experience was seamless with Allbright – from Brian coming out and giving the estimate to Juan and his crew getting the work done. They were extremely professional, friendly, and left the work area very clean when the left. My floors look amazing, and I’m very very happy with how they turned out. Juan even offered to help me move my washer and dryer back in once the floors are dry knowing that I’m unable to do it on my own. I will definitely use them again when I’m ready to paint inside my home. Overall it was a great experience!!
